Role: Product Manager - AI Tech

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Location: Gurugram Sector 42

Working Model: Work from Office

Employment Type: Full-Time

Department: Product

About the Role

We are a hypergrowth team building the products that power our sales organization. The portfolio spans AI systems, including agents across voice, chat, and messaging that qualify leads, together with the evaluation frameworks that govern their quality, as well as core product surfaces such as dashboards, administrative controls, onboarding flows, CRM and telephony configuration, and the tooling that sales representatives and managers rely on daily.

This is, first and foremost, a core product management role. We are seeking a strong generalist Product Manager capable of owning a product surface end to end, delivering on a rapid release cadence, and performing effectively under pressure as the business scales. Experience with AI is valuable but is not a prerequisite; the relevant capabilities can be developed on the job. The successful candidate will operate with a high degree of autonomy. Rather than executing predefined specifications, they will be expected to define what to build, deliver it, and take ownership of the outcomes it produces.

Responsibilities

AI Agent Experience Conversation flows, persona configuration, script and pitch behavior, objection handling, multilingual behavior, call summaries, qualification logic, fallbacks and recovery, human handover, and compliance and guardrails.

AI Evaluation and Quality Call scoring, transcript analysis, outcome tracking, agent behavior review, failure taxonomy, hallucination detection, latency monitoring, customer-specific scorecards, regression testing for conversations, and human review workflows.

Sales AI Lead scoring, next-best-lead recommendations, intent detection, pitch assistance, follow-up automation, CRM enrichment, at-risk lead detection, manager insights, representative coaching workflows, and pipeline intelligence.

Deployment and Configuration Customer onboarding flows, agent setup experience, use-case templates, industry-specific playbooks, CRM and telephony configuration, analytics dashboards, administrative controls, role-based workflows, and experimentation and rollout tooling.

Requirements We place a strong emphasis on demonstrated results. Candidates should be able to evidence products that were delivered to real users and to articulate the measurable impact of that work. Concepts, roadmaps, and proposals that were not brought to production will not be considered sufficient

In discussing prior work, candidates should be prepared to address:

  • The products delivered and the users they served
  • The measurable impact achieved, with before-and-after metrics
  • What did not work, and the corrective action taken
  • Decisions made under conditions of ambiguity rather than to a predefined brief

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of three years in product management, with hands-on, end-to-end ownership of at least one product delivered to production
  • A demonstrated track record in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment characterized by shifting priorities, compressed timelines, and rapid organizational growth
  • Strong core product management fundamentals, including discovery, scoping, prioritization, clear specification writing, and independent delivery
  • Data fluency, with the ability to define the relevant metrics, interpret performance dashboards, and assess whether delivered work achieved its intended outcome
  • A sound commercial and go-to-market instinct, including an understanding of pipeline, conversion, and the respective needs of representatives and managers
  • The ability to collaborate directly with engineering teams on a rapid delivery cadence

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience delivering an AI, LLM, or conversational product, with an understanding of its behavior, including prompting, failure modes, evaluation, latency, cost, and points of failure
  • Experience across agent modalities, including chat, messaging, or voice (speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and telephony), and multilingual conversation design
  • Experience building or owning an evaluation or quality system for a non-deterministic product
  • The ability to prototype concepts independently
  • Experience configuring or onboarding products for external customers
