Through personalized consultations, we identify the root cause of hair fall using a combination of Ayurveda, Allopathy, and Nutrition. Our unique diagnostic platform, combined with medically trained hair coaches and proprietary tech, ensures customers receive customized solutions delivered right to their doorstep — and the ongoing guidance they need to stay on track. Founded by Saloni Anand (techie-turned-marketeer) and Altaf Saiyed (Stanford GSB alumnus), Traya's mission is to de-stigmatize hair loss, address its emotional and psychological impact, and make effective treatment accessible to all.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead all web-driven product & web initiatives, ensuring scalable organic growth, strong technical SEO, and data-driven optimisation. This role sits at the intersection of SEO, Product, Growth, and Analytics, requiring a strategic thinker with a strong command over numbers, search algorithms, and user experience.

Responsibilities & Competencies:

• Product Strategy and Vision
• Define and articulate the vision for the product, focusing on user acquisition and onboarding.
• Align this vision with the company's broader goals and consumer needs
• Technical Leadership
• Lead the development and implementation of technical solutions for web or app.
• This includes overseeing website architecture, implementing schemas, measurement & instrumentation, ensuring mobile optimization, and being able to fluently communicate with technology teams.
• ○ Own analytics implementation including GA4, GTM and event tracking.
• ○ Understand APIs, third-party integrations and web instrumentation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Act as the liaison between the tech team (developers) and non-tech team (analytics, content, SEO etc).
• Data-Driven Decision Making
• Utilize data analytics to inform product decisions.
• Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Metabase, Looker Studio etc
• Innovation and Research
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in SEO, consumer web products and AI.
• Stakeholder Management
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including senior management, to advocate for the product's SEO and user experience needs.
• Provide clear, data-backed explanations of strategies and results.
• Performance Monitoring
• Drive KPIs of product performance. Regularly review metrics to assess the product's success and identify areas for improvement.
• Budget and Resource Management
• Efficiently manage the budget and resources allocated for product development.
• Ensure optimal use of tools, technologies, and external partnerships.

• Data: Excel/ Google Analytics/ Tableau/ Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console
• Project Management: Jira/ Asana/ Clickup etc
