The Product Manager Instruments Division will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, driving new product launches, supporting sales initiatives, and improving overall product profitability. The role requires close coordination with marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams to ensure achievement of business objectives and growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Own and manage the new product roadmap.
- Identify market opportunities and recommend product enhancements.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
2. Product Launch & Management
- Lead and execute new product launches.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth rollouts.
- Develop launch strategies including positioning and promotional plans.
3. Sales & Marketing Support
- Support Marketing & Sales (M&S) teams with product training and technical inputs.
- Drive sales through effective product promotion initiatives.
- Develop promotional materials and tools to enhance product visibility.
4. Profitability & Performance
- Monitor product performance and profitability metrics.
- Identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions.
- Work on pricing strategies and margin optimization.
5. Market Development
- Drive contribution and generate new leads.
- Expand market share within key product portfolios.
- Strengthen brand positioning in assigned segments.

Experience
3+ years of relevant experience (preferably in Product Management)
