Work on the UPI product to understand merchant and aggregator needs, drive value creation, and enhance UI/UX. Identify customer experience gaps, generate new ideas, streamline back-end processes for efficiency, handle product maintenance and issue resolution within defined TATs, and ensure compliance through PAC documentation and coordination with stakeholders as per NPCI and RBI guidelines.
