Job Description

Product Manager Full-Time | On-Site (Thane)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing the development, deployment, and support of in-house software products and custom client solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, client interaction skills, project management experience, and the ability to create wireframes and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:-

Project Coordination

  • Collaborate with development teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure project timelines and goals are met.
  • Act as the key liaison between teams to streamline communication and drive alignment on deliverables.

Documentation and Demos

  • Create detailed software demos, user manuals, training materials, and support documents.
  • Ensure all documentation is current, comprehensive, and accessible for internal and client use.

Wireframe and Mock-Up Design

  • Translate client requirements into wireframes and UI mock-ups.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure user-friendly and functional designs.

Client Training and Support

  • Conduct client training sessions and software demonstrations.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful implementation and product adoption.

Requirement Analysis

  • Gather, analyze, and document client requirements and feedback.
  • Convert business needs into actionable tasks for the development team and track project progress.

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent experience or certifications are also considered.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product management or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience with modern software tools and development practices.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong understanding of product management and development methodologies.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working directly with clients in a consultative or training capacity.
  • Proficiency in creating wireframes and understanding UX principles.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on aligning product features with business goals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Passion for continuous learning and keeping up with technology trends.
