Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role based at our Ahmedabad location. The Product Manager will oversee the development and execution of industrial and automation solutions. Key responsibilities include defining product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams, managing product lifecycles, conducting market research to identify customer needs, and collaborating with clients to deliver tailored automation solutions. The role also involves tracking project progress and ensuring the timely delivery of equipment and services, with a focus on quality and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in product strategy development, roadmap planning, and project management
• Strong knowledge of automation technologies, including PLC, SCADA, HMI systems, and control panel manufacturing
• Experience in market research, data analysis, and building client-focused product solutions
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, sales, and support teams
• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant fields
• Experience in industrial automation or related industry is preferred
• Familiarity with implementing cost-effective and sustainable solutions is an added advantage
