The Product Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality supplementary product outputs including, but not limited to, product and customer documentation, traceability matrices, and release reporting/metrics. This role requires managing multiple projects and engaging with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality, detailed Epics from customer requirements, use cases, and documentation such as Functional Specifications to populate the Product Backlog.
- Manage Epics in JIRA/ALM through the development lifecycle: elaboration, refinement, development, acceptance, and testing.
- Own and prioritize the development Backlog.
- Lead story elaboration with Business Analysts and Solution Architects.
- Communicate effectively with development teams to share product/project vision and priorities.
- Define release scope and manage release planning.
- Monitor and implement delivery timelines across departments.
- Communicate project and deliverable progress regularly to stakeholders.
- Take ownership and accountability for multiple products and their localization.
- Implement and maintain Agile/SCRUM frameworks and methodologies.
Requirements:
- 810 years of domain and industry experience.
- Deep understanding of batch solutions and their design/operation.
- Ability to support and troubleshoot with the team, and clearly translate business requirements.
- Strong team management and coordination skills; capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Able to engage in meaningful conversations with customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the Engineering Lead to enhance story writing and requirement quality.
