Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role based in Chandigarh. The Product Manager will be responsible for leading product strategy, defining requirements, managing the product lifecycle, and ensuring successful product launches. Primary responsibilities include market research, competitor analysis, and stakeholder collaboration to identify customer needs and develop solutions. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceuticals; MBA is a plus
• Experience in the pharmaceutical sales or healthcare industry preferred
• Market Research, Competitor Analysis, and Data-Driven Decision-Making capabilities
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team collaboration skills
• Problem-Solving, Analytical Thinking, and Prioritization skills
• Proficiency in product lifecycle management tools and methodologies
