Job Description

Role Summary

Swivl is looking for a Product Manager who can independently drive AI-first product development — from identifying opportunities to shipping measurable business outcomes.

This role is for someone who can operate in ambiguity, cut through noise, and use AI as a core product capability, not just a productivity tool.

What You'll Own:

End-to-End Ownership

  • Own problems from discovery to delivery and measurable impact
  • Define what to build, why it matters, and how success will be measured
  • Operate with minimal oversight in a fast-moving environment

AI-Driven Product Development

  • Identify high-impact opportunities where AI improves real customer workflows
  • Design and ship AI-powered features (automation, copilots, insights) that drive tangible outcomes
  • Use tools like Claude and Lovable (and similar) for:
  • Research and insight synthesis
  • Rapid prototyping and iteration
  • Validating ideas before full-scale development

Outcome-Driven Execution

  • Define success metrics before building
  • Prioritize based on ROI, scalability, and customer impact - not effort or noise
  • Ship fast, learn from data, and iterate continuously

Customer & Problem Understanding

  • Work closely with customers, sales, and support to uncover real problems
  • Convert ambiguous inputs into clear, structured opportunities

Operating in Ambiguity

  • Make decisions with incomplete information
  • Navigate changing priorities and conflicting inputs without slowing down

Team Contribution

  • Guide APMs and junior PMs when needed
  • Bring clarity and structure without introducing unnecessary process

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of Product Management experience (B2B SaaS preferred)
  • Proven track record of shipping AI-powered features with measurable impact
  • Strong ability to use AI for problem-solving and decision-making, not just execution
  • Experience in CRM, scheduling, invoicing, or workflow-driven products
  • Ability to write clear PRDs, user flows, and edge cases
  • Strong prioritization - focuses on what drives outcomes, not activity
  • Demonstrated ability to ship quickly in fast-paced environments
  • High ownership - can operate independently with minimal guidance
  • Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members

Good to have:

  • Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, and system design
  • Experience in early-stage or fast-scaling SaaS startups

Interview Process

  • HR Screening
  • Product Interview (90 min): A deep dive into your problem-solving approach, analytical skills, and product mindset.
  • Managerial Interview (30 ): Understanding collaboration, communication and management skills
  • HR Discussion: Cultural alignment, career aspirations, and compensation details (for selected candidates).
