Job Description – Product Manager- B2B Payments (Cards/UPI)

Role Purpose

We are looking for a skilled Product Manager to join our dynamic Technical Product Manager team. This role blends deeps in understanding of B2B payments, merchant onboarding and settlements.

Responsibilities we entrust you with

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for merchant payment solutions, from discovery to delivery
• Define and manage product requirements, PRDs, user stories, and technical workflows
• Work closely with engineering teams on API-driven payment systems
• Drive product decisions across merchant onboarding, transaction processing, and settlements
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, and operations teams to ensure regulatory alignment
• Analyze payment performance, failure rates, and optimization opportunities
• Act as a bridge between business, tech, and external stakeholders (banks, PSPs, networks)

What matters in this role

Relevant work experience

• 4 -8 years in Product Management, preferably in B2B Payments / Fintech
• Strong understanding of B2B Merchant Payments
• End-to-end understanding of the payment lifecycle:
• Authorization, capture, settlement, refunds, chargebacks
• Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and payment gateways
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
