Job Description

This role develops and manages sales enablement tools and training around usage and entitlements, governs commercial reporting metrics, defines usage detection and validation logic, and delivers performance insights to guide strategic decision-making. The position requires deep analytical expertise, strong dashboard / reporting capability, data governance discipline, stakeholder leadership, and the ability to operationalize measurement frameworks cross-functionally.

  • Develop and maintain Sales Enablement tools to support understanding of entitlements, usage rules, product constructs, and commercial frameworks.
  • Build reference guides and reference material to ensure Sales, Customer Success, and GTM teams fully understand usage policies and entitlement structures.
  • Support field teams with guidance on commercial accuracy questions and escalation scenarios.

  • Define, update, add, retire, and maintain commercial KPIs and reporting standards.
  • Lead creation, enhancement, and maintenance of dashboards and BI reporting environments supporting leadership visibility and decision-making.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, alignment, and availability of metrics across executive and operational reporting.
  • Partner with BI / Analytics to operationalize metrics into reporting tools.

  • Design logic and methodologies to detect, measure, and validate product usage.
  • Align contracted entitlements with actual customer consumption and ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to operationalize usage tracking and monitoring capabilities.

  • Analyze usage trends, entitlement consumption, revenue alignment, and performance behaviors to support business decisions.
  • Identify commercial risks and opportunities (e.g., under-usage, over-entitlement, upsell insights, revenue leakage prevention, upsell potential, improved entitlement structures).
  • Provide actionable recommendations to leadership to optimize pricing, packaging alignment, customer adoption, and commercial performance.

  • Partner with Sales, Product, Finance, Operations, Legal, and GTM Strategy teams to align on commercial frameworks and ensure execution consistency.
  • Lead requirement gathering, testing (UAT), and validation initiatives to ensure accuracy and reliability of commercial and usage data.
  • Participate in governance forums to ensure commercial structures, measurement logic, and reporting align to strategy.
