Storable is looking for a Product Manager with a B2B SaaS background to set an outcome - oriented product strategy. Specifically, you will be working with a highly cross-functional team totransform Storable CRM product into an industry leading CRM service extensible to each ofStorable's platforms.
You will work with colleagues across product, design, marketing, engineering, client success,sales, and the senior executive leadership team to identify potential areas for improvement,define potential solutions and use data-driven, and lean start-up principles to drive measurableresults. Your success will be measured by how well you drive to organizational success forStorable and for our customers.
What you'll do:
Transform a strong CRM product to a best-in-class solution, extensible to each ofStorable's products giving Storable yet another competitive edge in both Marina andSelf-Storage industries.
Lead a cross functional team of support, implementation, sales, marketing, product,engineering, product operations, business operations and design to build processes andcoordinate successful rollouts of the Storable CRM on each of Storable's platforms.
Build relationships with storage operators to understand how we can better help theirbusinesses save time and improve profitability through CRM products.
Spend considerable time looking at customer behavior metrics from our tools andcomparable experiences elsewhere. You will use that insight to validate the rightdirection for the product.
Conduct market research and stay up to speed on the CRM industry to identify newproducts and potential revenue streams.
In collaboration with Product Operation resources, ensure smooth rollout with maximumtransparency across the organization.
Communicate company-wide why you are making certain improvements, what you hopeto learn from them, and how they fit into your overall strategy.
Provide regular updates on projected milestones, progress, and results.
Work closely with a product owner to identify opportunities and build a roadmap thatstrikes the right balance between business and customer value.
Objectively measure and broadly communicate the impact of the strategic bets anddelivered work.
What you'll need:
7+ years product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
Background in card payment processing preferred.
Experience working with 3rd party vendors to achieve objectives.
Strong cross-functional organizational skills to manage dependencies and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.
Analytical, Understand how to predict, measure and communicate financial impact of changes
Ability to navigate hard conversations and build consensus to produce desired outcomesfor both Storable and our customers
Communication skills to present to a variety of audiences the need for and value of abusiness case
Resourcefulness in solving problems
Comfort with both the art (user empathy, design) and science (analytics, statistics,structured hypotheses) of product management
Experience working in a nimble product delivery organization where product, design, andengineering work in close collaboration
Familiarity working with Agile Scrum methodologies, including the ability to writeactionable and detailed user stories
Manages projects independently
