About The Opportunity
We're looking for a technically strong Senior Product Manager AI Platform to help drive core AI and search platform initiatives. In this role, you will lead the product execution for the further development and maintenance of a modern search platform, support our internal Agent/LLM framework, and work closely with engineering to deliver high-quality, AI-powered capabilities across the company.
This is a hands-on role ideal for PMs with experience in search, NLP, and AI systems, who enjoy working in fast-paced, highly technical environments.
What You'll Get To Do
- Help build and lead a team in building AI-first features used by millions of Dayforce customers
- Work to translate customer-facing problems into solutions within Dayforce
- Support and enhance our internal MCP-based Agent framework
- Build and maintain LLM evaluation datasets
- Validate data quality and assist with model/agent iteration cycles, both manually and with automation
- Write user stories, manage the backlog, and partner closely with engineering
- Produce clear documentation and align cross-functional teams
- Drive the further development of our search feature
- Coordinate schema, indexing, ingestion readiness, and relevance tuning
- Run manual QA and ensure search quality through testing and evaluation
Skills And Experience We Value
- 6+ Years PM/PO experience in a technical product area
- Hands-on experience with search technologies (Elastic, Solr, Azure Cognitive Search, etc.)
- Background in NLP, ML, or AI-driven products
- Familiarity with vector search, embeddings, and relevance tuning
- Strong cross-team coordination and communication skills
- Comfortable with hands-on tasks: data work, QA, evaluation, testing
- Technical depth: able to inspect JSON/API responses, logs, schemas, metrics
