Job Description

  • Define and own the product strategy and road-map across multiple product areas (e.g., HRIS connectors, IAM workflows, life-cycle automation).
  • Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering clarity of vision, strong execution, and deep customer empathy.
  • Build and promote a product culture centred on user experience, performance, compliance, and scalability.
  • Collaborate closely with external stakeholders (customers) and internal stakeholders (engineering, UX, commercial teams) and partners to identify highimpact problems and turn them into product opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8-15 years of product management experience.
  • Background in enterprise SaaS experience in HR tech, IAM, or B2B workflow automation preferred.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling technical products used by IT, HR, or InfoSec teams.
  • Endtoend product lifecycle expertise - from discovery through delivery and growth.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Handson experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Productboard, and analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Amplitude).
