SP Transaction Hub Pvt. Ltd. is a high-growth fintech startup building India-scale payment infrastructure across UPI, QR, Soundbox, Payment Gateway, and enterprise payouts.
We operate as a Technology Service Provider (TSP) for banks and enterprises, enabling fast merchant onboarding, high-TPS collections, real-time reconciliation, and automated settlements. Our systems are designed to handle mass volume, zero-downtime payments, and rapid geographic scale.
Security and compliance are non-negotiable for us. SP Transaction Hub is ISO certified and PCI DSS compliant, ensuring bank-grade security, data protection, and regulatory alignment across all our payment flows.
Role Description
We are looking for a high-ownership Product Manager who understands payments end-to-end and can own products.
This role is not about writing PRDs and waiting for approvals.
You will define the roadmap, decide pricing & commercials, lead partnerships, and take final product calls in alignment with the founder.
If you've built or scaled Payment Gateways, UPI, QR, Soundbox, Payouts, Escrow, APIs, or Bank-TSP integrations, this role is for you.
What You'll Own (End-to-End)Product Ownership (Zero Gaps)
- Own entire product lifecycle: idea validation build launch scale
- Deep understanding of all SP products:
- Payment Gateway (Pay-in)
- UPI QR & Soundbox
- Payouts / Escrow / Virtual Accounts
- Bank-led TSP & NPCI-compliant flows
- Translate business + regulatory needs into scalable product design
Roadmap & Execution
- Define quarterly & annual product roadmap
- Prioritize features based on revenue, compliance, GTM impact
- Work closely with engineering, ops, compliance & sales
- Ensure speed without breaking compliance
Pricing, Commercials & Unit Economics
- Own pricing strategy across all products:
- MDR, rentals, deposits, AMC, revenue share
- Design merchant-wise & partner-wise pricing
- Ensure strong unit economics & margin discipline
- Take final pricing decisions with founder alignment
Partnerships & Integrations
- Lead bank, NBFC, marketplace & platform partnerships
- Own commercial negotiations & product scope
- Decide build vs partner vs white-label
- Act as the single product voice in partner discussions
Decision Making & Leadership
- Act as final decision maker on:
- Product scope
- Feature prioritization
- Pricing & packaging
- Challenge assumptions including the founder's with data
- Build product culture inside SP
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3-5 years in Fintech / Payments / Banking tech
- Strong understanding of:
- UPI, PGs, QR, Soundbox, Payouts
- NPCI, Bank acquiring models, TSP frameworks
- Proven experience handling end-to-end products
- Strong grip on commercials & pricing, not just features
- Ability to take hard calls and own outcomes
- Built products at scale (100Cr+ monthly GMV)
- Exposure to ISO / PCI-DSS compliant systems
- Startup or zero-to-one product experience
