About the Role
The Product Manager will be responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition of a product and product line. This role includes product development, marketing, and forecasting profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities. Key capabilities include working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll-out products aligned to the vision and strategy of the Debit Cards business.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify, and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.
- Create product vision both internally and with key external partners.
- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
- Work closely with technology and operations teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
- Drive product launches in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Evaluate and drive promotional plans to ensure consistency with product line strategy and effective messaging.
- Manage and liaise with internal and external partners/stakeholders.
- Act as a product specialist to build awareness and understanding.
- Align closely with Customer Service and Onboarding to build and maintain a strong customer experience.

- Postgraduate MBA
Experience
- Minimum of 4 years in Banking
Skills and Attributes
- Strong understanding of Debit Card products
- Knowledge of Debit EMI programs, tokenization, card security, and contactless payments
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
