We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with deep expertise in building and scaling Sales Force Applications across mobile, web, and AI-enabled environments. The role requires strong product thinking, excellent cross-functional leadership, and the ability to translate complex business needs into impactful product features for large global field-force and sales programs. This is a strategic and hands-on role involving product discovery, UX collaboration, sprint leadership, and insight-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Discovery & Requirement Definition
Conduct discovery sessions with business stakeholders, field teams, and cross-functional partners.
Translate sales, retail, and operational requirements into structured PRDs, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
Prioritize features based on user value, business goals, and technical feasibility.
Perform competitive analysis and research on SFA platforms and field-force applications.
2. Roadmap Ownership & Sprint Governance
Own and manage the end-to-end product roadmap for Mobile, Web, and backend integrations. Collaborate with TPMs and Engineering Leads to run sprint planning and execution.
Break down requirements into actionable epics, user stories, and engineering-ready deliverables. Maintain a structured product funnel: Discovery UX Validation Build UAT
Release 3. UX & Customer Experience Leadership
Work closely with UX designers to build intuitive user journeys and prototypes.
Ensure design consistency across devices (mobile, tablet, web).
Conduct usability validation and gather field/user feedback to refine flows.
4. AI/ML Feature Development
Partner with Data & AI teams to conceptualize predictive and automated capabilities.
Define functional workflows for AI-driven insights, recommendations, and task automation.
Ensure AI features adhere to compliance, safety, and usability standards.
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with Deployment, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, Data, Training, and Vendor teams.
Support UAT planning, training readiness, and release communication for new feature rollouts.
Drive alignment on priorities across business, engineering, and delivery functions.
6. Product Performance & Insight-Driven Iteration
Use product analytics to monitor adoption, feature usage, and user behavior patterns.
Identify friction points and prioritize improvements based on data signals.
Continuously enhance the product experience based on field insights and operational feedback.
7. Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary product interface with client stakeholders across sales, retail, operations, and partnerships.
Present roadmap updates, performance insights, and feature releases.
Maintain strong relationships across regional and global teams.
Required Skills & Experience Core Product Expertise
56 years of Product Management experience in: Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools Mobile applications (Flutter, Android, or iOS) Web platforms (React or similar frameworks) AI/ML-enhanced enterprise applications
Strong understanding of API-driven architecture, backend workflows, and cloud technologies.
Business & Industry Knowledge
Experience in retail, consumer electronics, FMCG, or field sales environments.
Understanding of sales KPIs, retail operations, promoter enablement, and field-force workflows. Technical & Analytical Skills
Strong PRD writing and documentation skills.
Familiarity with analytics tools (Looker, Data Studio, Mixpanel, Firebase, GA4, etc.).
Ability to interpret user behavior and convert insights into product decisions.
