Responsibilities
- Define product requirements and translate them into clear, actionable specifications for engineering
- Work closely with designers, engineers, and data teams to solve complex user problems
- Understand technical constraints, dependencies, and trade-offs to make practical product decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features based on business value and feasibility
- Analyze usage data, validate assumptions, and iterate on features quickly
- Ensure smooth end-to-end delivery: from ideation → development → release → user feedback
Required Skills / Qualifications
- 5 –8 years of product management experience in a tech-heavy environment (marketplace, SaaS, or platforms)
- Comfort understanding technical systems, APIs, workflows, and integrations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to break down complex processes
- Experience defining user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution bias
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in marketplaces, supply chain, or catalog management
- Experience in cross-functional delivery, especially bridging engineering and business
