Product Manager

A hands-on Product Manager role focused on owning product strategy, design, and execution within Sharpsell's sales enablement platform. This individual contributor position requires strong product thinking, customer empathy, and analytical capabilities to build solutions that transform enterprise sales teams.

The role involves product discovery, roadmap planning, feature definition, stakeholder management, user-centric delivery, and continuous improvement through data, customer feedback, and business metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Translate ambiguous AI possibilities into clear, testable product features.
• Translate business requirements into clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to understand customer pain points and improve adoption.
• Analyze product usage data and customer behavior to make informed product decisions.
• Prototype rapidly, run controlled experiments, and iterate based on quantitative and qualitative feedback.
• Balance AI impact with enterprise-grade trust, compliance, and governance.
• Define and track metrics like model accuracy, evaluation pass rates, and adoption.
