About the Role

As Growth Product Lead, you will:

● Act as the primary bridge between clients, business owners, and tech teams.

● Own the end-to-end product and customer experience.

● Build strong stakeholder alignment and relationships to enable product success.

● Support on-ground program execution, driving adoption, growth, and outcomes.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that combines product ownership, program management, stakeholder alignment, and execution excellence. The role will be versatile and flexible, with priorities decided based on the project, stakeholder context, and initiative.

Key Responsibilities

● Product Ownership & User Empathy

○ Own the product roadmap and execution plan aligned with business goals, product vision, and user needs.

○ Spend time on the ground to understand real-world user, driver, partner, and stakeholder challenges.

○ Convert field insights, user feedback, and customer requirements into clear product improvements.

○ Define priorities, track milestones, resolve blockers, and ensure timely delivery.

● Stakeholder Management

○ Drive alignment across corporates, cooperatives, government bodies, transport agencies, and Moving Tech teams.

○ Manage key customer relationships and act as the trusted point of contact for project discussions.

○ Work with ministries, departments, and city/state transport agencies.

○ Represent Moving Tech in reviews, working groups, and joint planning discussions.

● Delivery & Program Management

○ Own end-to-end delivery tracking for assigned projects.

○ Drive closure of critical deliverables across multiple workstreams.

○ Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and proactively resolve them.

○ Lead cross-functional product rollouts across product, tech, operations, growth, and partner teams.

● Growth & Scale-Up

○ Drive growth across acquisition, conversion, retention, reliability, cancellations, trips, and repeat users.

○ Support marketing on promotions, partnerships, and city-level growth initiatives.

○ Build and standardise playbooks from Delhi that can be replicated across other cities and programs.

Skills & Qualities

● Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

● Strong problem-solving and structured thinking.

● High empathy and EQ to balance multiple stakeholder priorities.

● Experience working with tech and engineering teams.

● Comfortable using data, dashboards, and metrics for decision-making.

● Experience in product, program management, consulting, account management, or similar roles.

● High ownership, bias for action, and comfort with ambiguity.

● Interest in impact, mobility, public good, and driver empowerment.

Bonus Points

● MBA from a top B-school.

● Experience in coding, design, or working closely with engineers.

● Experience in mobility, public transport, government programs, cooperatives, community-led initiatives, or platform businesses.

● Experience launching or scaling products in new cities or regions.
