Location: Chennai (Hybrid Model, 2 days a week to office)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to lead key product initiatives that drive customer value and business growth. This is an individual contributor role that requires a strong mix of leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and product strategy. You will own the product roadmap for complex, high-impact features and work closely with engineering, design, go-to-market teams, and executive stakeholders to deliver best-in-class solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Ownership: Own and drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for a key domain or product area from ideation and customer discovery to launch and iteration.

Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate a bold product vision and strategy aligned with company goals. Translate business and customer needs into a clear product roadmap.

Execution & Delivery: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute product plans, deliver quality features on time, and iterate based on user feedback.

Customer Advocacy: Deeply understand customer problems through user research, analytics, and customer feedback. Use insights to inform decisions and build impactful products.

Mentorship & Leadership: Serve as a product thought leader and mentor within the product team. Help elevate the craft of product management across the organization.

Metrics & Outcomes: Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and continuously optimize for customer and business impact.

Note: Candidates with a cybersecurity background, Basic cybersecurity knowledge, or experience handling engineering and development projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred)

5+ years of product management experience, ideally with experience in a Product Manager or equivalent role

Proven success in leading product initiatives at scale in SaaS, B2B environments

Experience in cybersecurity or tech industry

Strong technical fluency able to partner effectively with engineering teams

Experience with data analysis and leveraging metrics to drive decisions

Understanding of time and space complexity modeling

Designed and implemented unified data models by identifying and normalizing patterns across heterogeneous systems

Experience working in high-growth or startup environments (preferred)

Thorough understanding of emerging technologies like GenAI and LLM in cybersecurity contexts

Familiarity with applying regulatory frameworks to product design and requirements

Soft Skills:

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

Possesses a strong ability to analyze complex technical challenges, synthesize diverse information (user feedback, market data, technical feasibility), and formulate data-driven product strategies and solutions

Demonstrated ability to think strategically while managing tactical execution

Passion for building intuitive, customer-centric products

Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority

Strong leadership and mentoring abilities

Curious, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
