Product Manager

This is a Pune, India based role. We work on a hybrid model and require you to come into the office 2-3 days per week.

About the role:

SailPoint is seeking aProductManagerwith passion, drive, and focus to join our Product Management department. This position will require a unique blend of thinking strategically outside of the box combined with hands-on practice experience and excellent communication skills. Additionally, a technical understanding of enterprise software customer IT environments and rapidly evolving security and compliance technologies is critical.

TheProductManagerwill work with internal and external stakeholders, including peerproductmanagers from other lines of business, to help shape the vision and execute on delivering value for SailPointproducts. Candidates must be comfortable navigating complex and ambiguous challenges, and working in a fluid, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in all areas of theproductlifecycle from gathering requirements to launch readiness.

• Driveproductinnovation and opportunities through feedback from our various internal stakeholders,partnersand customers as well as market data.

• Engage with stakeholders to scope work, understand impact, and gain consensus.

• Work closely with architects and engineering to develop,prioritizeand manage theproductbacklog in a lean / agile environment.

• Maintain roadmap and coordinate adoption of deliverables with otherproductlines and our partner alliance team.

• Help define success metrics and measureimpactand results of new deliverables. Gatherproduction feedback to prioritize in theproductbacklog.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in aproductmanagement role.

• Demonstrated success in working with engineering teams to plan, develop, refine, and launch successful enterprise softwareproducts.

• Experience managing SaaS and/oron-premproducts.

• Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills.

• Comfortable working asynchronously with remote teams across multiple time zones

Education:BA/BS in business or technical field or equivalent experience.

Travel:Thisposition requires approximately 15% travel
