Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Manager who will own and drive product strategy and execution across DeskDyne, Mealawe, and Navmool. This role requires close collaboration with technology, marketing, and business teams to deliver customer-centric products across both B2B and B2C ecosystems.
The ideal candidate combines strong product thinking, technical understanding, and market orientation with the ability to manage multiple products in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Ownership
- Define and drive product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for all three products
- Translate business goals and customer needs into clear product requirements and user stories
- Balance short-term delivery with long-term product strategy
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize backlogs and ensure timely execution
- Partner with marketing teams on go-to-market strategies, positioning, and launches
- Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to align product direction with business objectives
Execution & Delivery
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, development, launch, and iteration
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning in an Agile environment
- Monitor product performance using data, analytics, and customer feedback
Customer & Market Focus
- Conduct user research, customer interviews, and market analysis
- Understand B2B and B2C customer journeys and pain points
- Drive continuous product improvement based on insights and metrics
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager working on technology products
- Proven experience managing products in both B2B and B2C markets
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum practices
- Ability to work effectively with engineering and marketing teams
- Experience writing PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- B.Tech in Engineering or related field
- MBA from a reputed institute (preferred)
- Experience working in a startup or fast-growing product company
- Familiarity with SaaS, consumer apps, or platform-based products
