- Support end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, testing, and launch.
- Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development and engineering teams.
- Maintain product roadmap and prioritise backlog that drives vision and features aligned with business goals.
- Plan for system and downstream implications of new product features.
- Collect user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform product strategy and prioritisation.
- Collaborate with technology leads and architects on product enhancements and troubleshooting.
- Track KPIs and evaluate product performance.
- Work with cross-functional teams on APIs, SaaS products in financial services or banking domains.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Partner with Product Manager to identify new opportunities and support user experience research.

- Experience in FinTech or SaaS product management.
- Exposure to Payments, Credit Card, ACH systems.
