Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive end-to-end ownership of product initiativesfrom discovery to delivery. The role requires strong collaboration with engineering, design, and business teams to build scalable products, preferably in the supply chain or enterprise SaaS space. Exposure to AI-driven features or data-led products is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Execution
- Own story writing, grooming, and sprint readiness for 12 sprint pods
- Translate business and customer requirements into clear, actionable user stories
- Participate actively in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and engineering stand-ups
- Review stories for completeness, edge cases, and alignment with intended outcomes
- Support release notes and functional documentation for delivered features
- Ensure sprint-level execution aligns with overall product direction
Problem Solving & Solution Design
- Understand the business context and customer intent behind requirements
- Break down ambiguous problem statements into structured, implementable solutions
- Evaluate alternative approaches and recommend the most effective solution
- Think through workflows, exceptions, and operational scenarios
- Avoid one-off fixes by focusing on scalable, reusable product capabilities
Stakeholder & Customer Collaboration
- Work with internal stakeholders (CS, Support, Delivery, Design, Sales) to clarify requirements
- Participate in partner discovery and execution discussions along with senior PMs
- Support RFQ reviews and sales calls by providing product and solution context
- Engage in customer discussions a few times per quarter to validate problems and solutions
Product Alignment
- Execute roadmap initiatives under guidance from Senior Product Managers
- Surface risks, dependencies, and trade-offs early during execution
- Ensure delivery quality and functional correctness of assigned features
Required Skills & experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Strong understanding of product discovery, delivery, and lifecycle management
- Experience working with engineering teams in agile environments
- Exposure to supply chain, logistics, or enterprise workflow products
- Ability to work with data, dashboards, and basic analytics
- Familiarity with AI/ML-powered features (recommendations, automation, insights) is a plus
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience building platforms or workflow-based products
- Understanding of AI concepts such as predictive analytics, automation, or decision intelligence
- Prior experience working with global customers or enterprise clients
