Product Manager

We are seeking aProduct Managerwith 2-6 years of experience and a strong background insoftware development, who has been involved inbuilding products from scratch. The ideal candidate should be technically sound, proactive, and confident in handling cross-functional collaboration.

• Gather, analyze, and documentproduct requirementsthrough close interaction with stakeholders.
• Own and drive the fullproduct lifecyclefrom ideation to delivery.
• Collaborate withengineering, design, QA, and business teams to ensure alignment.
• Deeply understand and stay aligned with thecurrent tech stackof the product.
• Managestakeholder expectationsand communicate product vision effectively.
• Tackle product and process challenges smartly and with clarity.
• Required Skills:Strong understanding ofrequirement gathering,SDLC, and agile methodologies.
• Previous hands-on experience as asoftware developer.
• Good knowledge of at least oneprogramming language(e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
• Excellentstakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute effectively in a dynamic environment.
