Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Manager to build and scale core product experiences across consumer app, operations, and supply chain systems. You will work closely with founders, tech, and business teams to create products that drive speed, conversion, and operational efficiency.
What you will do
Consumer Experience
- Own features across app/web (browse, search, checkout, Try & Buy)
- Improve conversion, retention, and user experience
- Build intuitive and fast interfaces for a 60-min delivery model
Operations & Supply Product
- Build internal tools for:
- Dark store operations (picking, packing, inventory)
- Order management & routing
- Returns and Try & Buy workflows
- Optimize for speed, accuracy, and scalability
Data & Experimentation
- Define and track key metrics:
- Conversion rate
- Order success rate
- Delivery time
- Run A/B tests and experiments to improve performance
Problem Solving & Execution
- Identify bottlenecks in user journey and operations
- Translate business problems into product solutions
- Prioritize roadmap based on impact and effort
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Engineering
- Design
- Operations
- Category & growth teams
What we are looking for
- 2–6 years of experience in product management (startup or tech company)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Experience with consumer products and/or ops-heavy systems
- Ability to execute in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
