The Role

We're looking for a Product Manager to lead the charge on Proho's next generation of products — the kind that don't just improve on what exists, but replace it. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founding team, engineering, and operations to take ideas from whiteboard to reality, fast.

This isn't a role where you manage a backlog. It's a role where you build the future of an entire industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap end-to-end — from first sketch to full-scale rollout
• Translate real stakeholder pain points into products people actually want
• Work hand-in-glove with engineering to ship fast and iterate faster
• Use data to find opportunities others miss, and to prove out every big bet
• Partner with verticals to make sure products solve real, on-ground problems — not imagined ones
• Define the metrics that matter and hold the roadmap accountable to them
• Spot and scope entirely new product lines as Proho expands

What we're looking for

• 2–5 years of product management experience, ideally in a high-growth startup or marketplace/fintech environment
• Strong analytical ability — comfortable working with data to make and defend decisions
• Proven track record of shipping products end-to-end, from idea to launch to iteration
• Excellent communication skills; able to work directly with founders and cross-functional teams
• Ownership mindset — comfortable in an environment with fewer layers and more responsibility
• Fluent with AI, end to end — using it to think through product decisions, prototype fast with tools like Claude Design, Figma AI, v0, or Lovable, and hand off clean specs to engineering
• A real point of view on where AI fits in the product, not just in the workflow

Good to have

• Experience in PropTech, FinTech or high-growth data powered businesses
• Comfort working with pricing, valuation, or partner-facing platforms
• Prior experience building at companies which have scaled from 1-10
