Job SummaryOur eCommerce platform team needs enterprising Product Managers that will work on the challengesand problems that will shape the consumer buying experience. He or she will be responsible for detailedplanning and execution of the new initiatives and will be required to scale and lead a team as theseinitiatives gain traction. The role requires coordination and building alignment across multiple internaland external stakeholders. We are looking for a Product Manager with a strong record to own andexecute strategic, cross-functional projects as well as partner with other teams to drive key missioncritical innovation programs.Key Responsibilities- Help in defining a product vision and strategy.- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes- Take overall responsibility for the success of your product- Meet regularly with all stakeholders, including product developers, marketing Customer service andcompany heads- Collect, analyse and respond to user feedback- Gather and evaluate ideas and opinions- Plan new features and changes to a product- Demonstrate new ideas and features to stakeholders- Create timelines and roadmaps for developing the product- Create and oversee development and project management processesInspire and enthuse colleaguesand users of the product- Stay on top of the market and competitorsKey Requirements- Excellent analytical skills to break down and solve complex problems. Past experience inhandling data based and highly analytical problems.- Proven ability to collaborate across teams. .- Ability to understand and talk technology; pro activeness in developing understanding of variousapplications of technology.
