Product Manager Product Management

• Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and its contribution to business growth.
• Monitor product metrics such as user engagement, transaction volumes, and operational efficiency to drive data-informed decisions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• You have 5 to 7 years of work experience in the soil nutrition business, agri-inputs, and scientific agriculture space, with at least 2 to 3 years in a product management role
• Experience in a related industrial sector such as bioenergy, agricultural commodities will be an added advantage
• You have a bachelor s degree in a relevant field (Agri-sciences, Business Administration, Computer Science). An MBA or equivalent post-graduation will be an added advantage
• You can translate complex, real-world challenges into elegant, user-friendly and scalable digital solutions
• You demonstrate a data-driven approach to decision making
• You have a good grasp of software product development lifecycle, API integrations, and data infrastructure. An understanding of technical architecture and databases will be an added advantage
• You are a good listener, demonstrating the ability to deeply understand and advocate for the diverse needs of BiofuelCircle s user personas
• You are at ease translating functionality/ features into user benefits or value propositions
• You can write effective emails and create explainer documents that are understood by those who read them
• You can work with cross-functional and remote teams
• You can coordinate, follow up, follow through and drive issues to closure proactively
• You take ownership and accountability and dont need a manager reminding of tasks or deadlines
• Having worked in B2F (Business to Farmer) and Agri-sourcing platforms will give you an advantage over other applicants
