Objectives of the Role

Define and execute a product strategy aligned with PaySprint's vision and business goals.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and competitive insights.

Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams.

Ensure seamless execution of the product roadmap using agile best practices.

Establish and monitor KPIs to measure product success and revenue growth.

Drive customer-centric development through continuous feedback.

Optimize the product lifecycle from ideation to launch.

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

Conduct market analysis and competitive research.

Gather and prioritize product requirements.

Define features, functionalities, and user experience.

Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams.

Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning and backlog grooming.

Coordinate product launches and go-to-market strategies.

Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement.

Incorporate customer feedback into product iterations.

Maintain regular stakeholder communication.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).

45 years of total experience as a Product Manager.

34 years of hands-on experience in Payment Gateway (PG) or Payment Orchestration platforms.

Experience in fintech, banking, or technology-driven organizations.

Strong knowledge of agile product management methodologies.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.

Leadership mindset with strong collaboration skills.
