Job Description

Ready to build the future of financial software Let's talk.

If you're early in your career, hungry to make a real impact, and excited about what AI can do for the world of finance - this is your seat at the table.

We're looking for a driven, curious Product Manager to join a global team that is redefining how businesses manage their finances. This isn't a role where you'll sit on the sidelines. From day one, you'll be in the room where product decisions are made - shaping features, challenging assumptions, and helping ship software that thousands (and growing) of businesses depend on.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

You'll be at the center of it all - working alongside designers, engineers, and domain experts to take financial software from a spark of an idea all the way to the hands of real users. You'll dig into complex accounting challenges and turn them into elegant, intuitive product experiences that make people's jobs easier.

AI isn't an afterthought here - it's a core part of how we build. You'll be hands-on in exploring how AI and machine learning can transform the way our products work, helping us move from simply automating tasks to genuinely predicting and preventing problems for our customers. If you're passionate about what AI can do and eager to see it applied in a real-world product, this is where that passion gets put to work.

You'll collaborate across a truly global team, meaning you'll get exposure to diverse perspectives, different markets, and a pace of innovation that keeps things fast, dynamic, and never boring. Cross-team collaboration isn't just part of the job description here - it's how we operate.

What Makes This Role Different

You won't just be executing someone else's vision. You'll help define it. You'll use design thinking to get close to our users, challenge the status quo, and contribute to a product strategy that's forward-looking and ambitious. You'll see your ideas reflected in a product that's used by companies around the world - and you'll have the support of a team that's invested in helping you grow fast.

  • You're someone who gets excited by complex problems and doesn't shy away from diving in. You have a solid grounding in accounting and financial concepts - you understand the domain and what it takes to build software that serves it well. You're comfortable working in an Agile environment and thrive in fast-moving, collaborative teams. You've explored AI or machine learning - whether through coursework, a project, or just a genuine curiosity about where it's heading - and you want to be part of building with it, not just talking about it.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is expected, along with at least one year of relevant software or product experience.

  • What It Looks Like to Succeed Here
  • You'll ship features that matter. You'll learn from some of the sharpest minds in financial technology. You'll grow faster than you expected - and you'll look back on this role as the one that launched the next chapter of your career.

Career Level - IC2
