We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Product Manager to lead the expansion of our AI-powered lung cancer solution into new international markets. Roles and Responsibilities
- The Market Maven - You'll conceptualise and conduct both primary and secondary market research, and stay ahead of the curve on the latest market trends, competitive landscape, and potential customer segments.
- The Innovation Catalyst Lead and foster a culture of experimentation and rapid iteration. You'll explore new ideas and test innovative approaches by leveraging AI tools and techniques for product development and decision-making, transforming data into actionable insights.
- The Breakthrough Architect - Embrace the break things fast mentality. Ideation, MVP development, and gauge market sentiment. You'll also support Operations, Business Development and other cross-functional teams and support in navigating regulatory landscape, gathering the evidence needed for international expansion, all while ensuring smooth localization efforts.
- The Lead Conversion Catalyst - You'll help scale the most compelling product presentations, empowering sales/client facing teams to effectively pitch our solution and help maintain healthy funnel for lead conversions
- The Communication Wizard - You'll be a communication wizard, creating and maintaining clear and concise product documentation, including but not limited to Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), User stories, Wireframes and prototypes
- The Customer Champion With in-depth grasp on the end-user and payer needs and wants, you'll be the voice of the customer, ensuring that their feedback are effectively communicated and addressed
- The Product-Market Fit Guru - Drive efforts to achieve product-market fit. You'll continuously gather customer feedback, analyze market data, and iterate on the product roadmap, ensuring that the product meets the needs of the market and delivers value to customers.
Skills and Expertise
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in product management, healthcare industry or medical technology industry. Experience with AI/ML-powered products is a strong plus
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Communication & Presentation: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong presentation and public speaking skills.
