We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to drive product development for the Loan Origination System (LOS) and the Loan Management Systems (LMS). The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in secured lending, experience in creating BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents), and a proven track record of launching innovative products in the lending sector.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the product roadmap for Secured / Unsecured Loan products within the LOS / LMS ecosystems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including risk, underwriting, credit, operations, and technology, to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Gather and Analyse requirements to create detailed BRDs and FRDs for secured loan product enhancements.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and regulatory assessments to identify trends and opportunities in secured lending.
- Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize features based on customer needs and compliance requirements.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimizations.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and lending best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10 to 15 years of experience in product management.
- Strong experience in developing BRDs and FRDs for secured lending solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Mortgage Loans, Auto Loans, Loan against Property (LAP), and Home Loans.
- Experience in digital lending platforms, credit risk assessment, and customer journey optimization.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
