Job Purpose :
This position is responsible to drive the lending strategy, development, and performance, ensuring a seamless user experience aligned with business goals. This role collaborates across teams, leverages data for continuous improvement, and optimizes engagement to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
a) Product Strategy and Roadmap : Define the lending product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the company's business objectives and customer needs. Prioritize product features based on business impact, feasibility, and customer feedback.
b) Customer-Centric Development : Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that provide a smooth and engaging experience for our customers.
c) Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure successful product delivery and continuous iteration based on market feedback and analytics.
d) Product Lifecycle Management : Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept through launch and post-launch performance monitoring. Conduct A/B tests, gather data, and refine the app based on analytics and user feedback.
e) Market Research & Competitive Analysis : Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation in lending space.
f) Stakeholder Management : Act as the main point of contact for respective product related communication with stakeholders including senior management, marketing, and engineering teams.
g) Performance Metrics : Define and monitor KPIs to track app performance and user engagement, providing regular updates to leadership and recommending adjustments based on results.
