What you'll do:
Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward. As the Growth Product Manager for noon Minutes, you will own the product strategy and execution for growth intelligence and customer optimisation-building systems that help us grow faster, smarter, and more efficiently.
- Build data-driven growth tooling that improves visibility into performance across traffic, conversion, retention, and promotional effectiveness.
- Design and own ML-powered systems for customer segmentation, personalised promotions, and budget optimisation - maximising incremental growth within defined guardrails.
- Work hands-on with data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities; translate findings into actionable product features.
- Partner with data science, engineering, and commercial teams to ship end-to-end growth products- from problem definition to production.
- Define metrics, run experiments, and continuously iterate based on performance signals.
What you'll need:
- 1-3 years of PM experience, with a focus on growth, marketing technology, or data-driven products.
- Strong understanding of growth levers-acquisition, conversion, retention, and promotional mechanics.
- Hands-on with Python and SQL; comfortable working directly with data without relying on analysts.
- Solid grasp of ML concepts: segmentation, propensity modelling, experimentation, and optimisation.
- Experience shipping products that sit at the intersection of data science and business outcomes.
- Quick-commerce, e-grocery, or marketplace experience is a plus.
