What you'll do:

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward. As the Pricing Product Manager for Noon Minutes, you will own the end-to-end pricing strategy and systems associated with pricing.

  • Build and evolve pricing tooling: dashboards, alerting systems, etc.
  • Build dynamic pricing capabilities that account for demand elasticity, inventory levels, competitive benchmarks, and promo intensity.
  • Partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, and Growth teams to optimize contribution margin, conversion, growth and AOV.
  • Design pricing guardrails to balance competitiveness with profitability.
  • Develop pricing experiments (A/B tests) to measure elasticity, cannibalization, etc.
  • Define and track north-star pricing metrics: margin %, price index vs competitors, elasticity, etc.
  • Drive pricing automation using data science models and rule-based systems.
  • Align pricing with promotions, coupons, and vendor funding structures.

What you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of product management experience, preferably in e-commerce, marketplaces, and quick commerce.
  • Strong analytical background; comfortable working with SQL, Python.
  • Deep understanding of pricing fundamentals and a basic understanding of machine learning fundamentals.
  • Experience working with data science teams to productionize pricing or optimization models.
  • Experience in high-SKU-count environments with frequent price updates.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across commercial and operations teams.
  • Bias for shipping fast and iterating in ambiguous environments.
