Roles And Responsibilities
We are looking for a dynamic
Product Manager to own and drive product lifecycle activities—from requirement gathering to stakeholder demos. The ideal candidate will be skilled at understanding business needs, translating them into actionable documents (PRDs/BRDs), and ensuring timely delivery in collaboration with internal teams.
- Gather & Analyze Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and user needs.
- Documentation: Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) that clearly outline functional and non-functional aspects.
- Product Demos: Lead client and internal product walkthroughs, ensuring clarity of product vision and feature usability.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between business, design, and tech teams, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Roadmapping & Prioritization: Work with leadership and development teams to maintain product backlogs, prioritize features, and plan releases.
- Market Research & Benchmarking: Conduct research to support decision-making and keep product offerings competitive.
- QA Support: Assist in UAT and QA reviews to ensure delivery meets documented expectations.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a product or business analyst role (preferably non-tech focused).
- Proven experience drafting BRDs/PRDs and presenting product demos.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong business acumen with a user-first mindset.
- Comfortable working in agile environments.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, or equivalent.
- Prior experience in B2B or SaaS is a plus
