Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Product Manager specializing in AI at Modisoft Inc. In this position, the Product Manager will lead the development and execution of Retail & Restaurnt solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders. Responsibilities include understanding market needs, identifying opportunities, and driving the growth and optimization of AI products. The role will also involve analyzing performance data, gathering customer feedback, and providing strategic direction for product development pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and launch of Retail & Restaurant product features.
• Translate customer needs and business goals into clear product requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define scope, priorities, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain product documentation, roadmaps, user stories, and release notes.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to keep projects on track and communication clear.
• Gather feedback from customers, users, and internal teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements based on usage, feedback, and business impact.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and product development workflows as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a related role.
• Experience working with software, SaaS, or technology products.
• Strong documentation, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and design teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with POS, loyalty, retail technology, or commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with global or US-based customers.
• Interest in or experience with AI development tools, automation, or data-driven product development.

NOTE: This will begin as a Remote Role, once Modisoft's Pune Office is open, it will become a fully in-person role!
