Job Title: Product Manager - Business Loan
Business Unit: Retail Banking
Job Purpose
The role entails driving value propositions for Business Loan lending business by executing strategies to expand the existing products, channels, segments and customer base by delivering banking needs to the customers in the most cost efficient and technology effective manner. It includes managing teams, systems, process and culture amenable to the scale and ensuring consistency of delivery. Role will closely collaborate with Retail team - Product Head, Operations, Sales, IT, Credit, BIU for same. This role encapsulates the responsibility of providing a seamless and fulfilling customer experience and ensuring IDFC First becomes the primary bank for all banking needs.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement value propositions for Business Loan lending business
- Manage product life cycle - Customer segmentation and assessment of their needs
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to increase customer penetration via digital medium
- Improve the performance & quality of portfolio through regular monitoring and providing recommendations for course correction to the Product and Sales teams
- Support the Product team in Business Loan category to provide differentiated offerings and drive business growth
- Work with business analytics team to identify potential for x-products
- Assure adherence to the guidelines set by the bank
