Job Description

Lead overall product strategy and guide the direction of the technical platform.
Define and maintain the product roadmap aligned to business goals and user needs.
Prioritize product features based on customer value, impact, and feasibility.
Analyze complex business and user requirements and translate them into clear product specifications.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Manage program timelines, stakeholder communication, and delivery of platform features.
Drive continuous improvement of platform capabilities with a focus on technical excellence and user experience.

The Successful Applicant

Experience in Technical Product Management, Product Strategy, and Product Management
Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex data and derive actionable insights
Proficiency in program management to manage schedules, stakeholders, and deliverables effectively
Proven ability to guide cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field advanced degree is a plus
Experience in AI-enabled platforms or workforce analytics tools is advantageous
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environmen
