Product Manager

Own the product roadmap for the OBP platform, translating business goals, customer needs, and market opportunities into prioritized product features and releases.

Define detailed product requirements, user journeys, workflows, and acceptance criteria while maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog.

Coordinate cross-functional delivery across business, design, technology, operations, compliance, and external partners to ensure timely and high-quality releases.

Drive product adoption and performance by monitoring customer feedback, usage analytics, operational metrics, and business KPIs, and recommending continuous improvements.

Ensure platform readiness and compliance by supporting UAT, release planning, stakeholder communication, risk management, documentation, and adherence to applicable regulatory requirements.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

Experience: 5–8 years of product management or business analysis experience, preferably in fintech, wealth management, investment platforms, or other BFSI products.

Domain knowledge: Good understanding of digital investment journeys, onboarding, KYC, payments, order management, portfolio reporting, and regulatory or compliance requirements.

Product capabilities: Proven ability to define product roadmaps, prepare PRDs and user stories, prioritize backlogs, design user journeys, and manage products from concept through launch.

Delivery orientation: Strong experience working with technology, UI/UX, operations, compliance, sales, and external partners in Agile product-development environments.

Analytical and leadership skills: Customer-focused, data-driven, and commercially aware, with strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities.

• Preferred qualification: MBA or postgraduate qualification in Management, Finance, or Technology, with a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related discipline
