Key Responsibilities
- Define the product roadmap for the Insurance Claim Inspection & Field Investigation platform.
- Convert fragmented insurance SOPs into a templatized, digital, rules-driven workflow engine.
- Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual decision-making in claim inspections.
- Build dynamic checklists, inspection templates, rule engines, escalation logic, and configurable workflows.
- Enable inspection formats for property, motor, health, travel, and specialized categories.
- Design fraud-prevention flows (geo-fencing, timestamping, image/video validations

- Build dashboards for:
- Task allocation
- Real-time status monitoring
- TAT adherence

- Claims pipeline visibility
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of TPA operations, health insurance products, and regulatory guidelines.
- Experience working with claims systems, policy admin systems, CRM, and digital health platforms.
- Proficiency in writing BRDs, wireframes, workflows, and use cases.
- Ability to translate business problems into tech requirements.
- Strong team management abilities.
Technical/Functional Proficiency Required
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good Team Player.
Educational Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Insurance, Finance, Operations, or related field (preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in product development and team handling, specifically in Insurance TPA.
- Experience in the BFSI domain is a significant plus.
