Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Define the product roadmap for the Insurance Claim Inspection & Field Investigation platform.
  2. Convert fragmented insurance SOPs into a templatized, digital, rules-driven workflow engine.
  3. Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual decision-making in claim inspections.
  4. Build dynamic checklists, inspection templates, rule engines, escalation logic, and configurable workflows.
  5. Enable inspection formats for property, motor, health, travel, and specialized categories.
  6. Design fraud-prevention flows (geo-fencing, timestamping, image/video validations

  10. Build dashboards for:
  • Task allocation
  • Real-time status monitoring
  • TAT adherence
  • Agent productivity
  • Claims pipeline visibility

Skills Required

  1. Strong knowledge of TPA operations, health insurance products, and regulatory guidelines.
  2. Experience working with claims systems, policy admin systems, CRM, and digital health platforms.
  3. Proficiency in writing BRDs, wireframes, workflows, and use cases.
  4. Ability to translate business problems into tech requirements.
  5. Strong team management abilities.

Technical/Functional Proficiency Required

  1. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  2. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  3. Good Team Player.

Educational Qualifications

  1. MBA/PGDM in Insurance, Finance, Operations, or related field (preferred).
  2. 8+ years of experience in product development and team handling, specifically in Insurance TPA.
  3. Experience in the BFSI domain is a significant plus.
