The Role:
We're seeking a Product Manager to help lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of Modisoft's digital products, including POS, loyalty, and other customer-facing solutions. This role owns feature development from concept to launch, ensuring alignment between customer needs, business goals, and technical delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Own product roadmaps and priorities for POS, loyalty, and digital platform initiatives
- Translate business goals and customer feedback into clear product requirements and user stories
- Partner closely with Developers, Design, QA, and Support teams to plan, build, and release features on time
- Communicate progress, risks, and updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Gather and analyze customer insights, product data, and support trends to guide prioritization
- Ensure strong documentation and alignment throughout the product lifecycle
- Support customer visits, trade shows, and product implementations as needed, including occasional travel
Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in product management or a related role
- Experience working with software or SaaS products
- Strong documentation, communication, and prioritization skills
- Experience collaborating with engineering and design teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred:
- Experience with POS, loyalty, or retail technology
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience working with global or US-based customers
