Role Overview:

We are seeking a Product Manager with experience in KYC (Know Your Customer) domain to join our product team. The candidate will be responsible for building and enhancing KYC workflows, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering a seamless onboarding experience.

What You'll Do:

Product Ownership & Roadmap

Own the product roadmap for KYC-related features and enhancements.

Translate regulatory and business requirements into clear product specifications and user flows.

Compliance & Regulatory Alignment

Ensure KYC processes comply with SEBI and other applicable regulatory guidelines.

Work closely with Compliance and Legal teams to manage regulatory changes and updates.

KYC Workflow Optimization

Design, build, and optimize digital onboarding and KYC journeys to improve conversion and reduce turnaround time (TAT).

Identify gaps and drive continuous improvements in KYC processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Compliance teams to deliver high-quality product releases.

Act as the single point of coordination for KYC-related product initiatives.

Integrations & Performance Monitoring

Manage third-party KYC vendor integrations, APIs, and data flows.

Track and analyze key product metrics such as onboarding conversion, drop-offs, and KYC TAT.

What You'll Need:

34 years of experience in KYC, regulatory compliance, or related product roles within BFSI/ fintech.

Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.

Hands-on experience working with APIs, workflows, and data-driven product development.

Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with strong stakeholder communication.

Exposure to fintech, brokerage, or large-scale digital onboarding and compliance-driven platforms.
