Job Purpose
The Senior Product Manager – Affordable Mortgage Loans will be responsible for end-to-end product management of the Affordable HL & LAP product within the Affordable Mortgage Loans business unit. Based in Mumbai, the role involves strategic oversight of product development, process optimization, market analysis, and P&L management. The ideal candidate will drive innovation, streamline operations, and ensure competitive positioning in the market.
Roles & Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
Product Management
- Develop ongoing market insights and identify sector trends.
- Evaluate competitor offerings and benchmark product propositions.
- Conduct SWOT analysis and uncover growth opportunities.
- Configure and refine product pricing using market research and costing data.
Portfolio Review & Performance Management
- Conduct post-launch product audits and competitor evaluations.
- Analyse product and portfolio performance.
- Adjust marketing and promotional plans based on performance insights.
- Assess channel performance and rationalize portfolios.
- Analyse the PnL, To find relevant trends and shar the same with stakeholders
Customer Journey & Process Streamlining
- Design and implement smooth, innovative end-to-end customer journeys.
- Customize and digitize loan processes and system platforms.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and closure of audit observations.
Product Sales Support
- Develop training modules and deliver training across teams.
- Coordinate with support verticals (sales, credit, operations) for product execution.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training modules for internal teams.
- Coordinate with support verticals and stakeholders for smooth product operations.
- Maintain MIS and product decks for periodic reviews.
- Engage with sales teams daily to drive disbursal volumes and maximize reach.

Graduate/Post Graduate
Experience:
5 to 7 Years
