Job Description

As a Product Manager within the Payment Experiences and Services (PxS) team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of digital payments. You will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle—from strategy through execution—delivering modernized platform capabilities and innovative payment experiences that drive value for clients across lines of business. Working cross-functionally with technology, design, and business teams, you will ensure timely delivery of impactful features while maintaining a strategic view of the evolving payments landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with PxS technology, design, and cross-functional product teams to drive cohesive product strategy and execution across business lines.
  • Own and manage a prioritized product backlog, translating business needs into well-defined initiatives, epics, and stories that deliver measurable value.
  • Conduct business and technical requirement analysis, manage Jira boards, and maintain clear documentation to support agile delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating cross-functional alignment, communication, and commitment to shared goals and dependencies.
  • Partner with design, analytics, and engineering teams to validate and deliver product features that address real customer and user problems.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to product leaders across the Payments organization to ensure consistency and collaboration on platform modernization and payment capability initiatives.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in digital product management, financial services, technology, or project management.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proven experience defining and managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and business models in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills; ability to work across global teams and time zones, including collaboration with U.S.-based colleagues.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing shifting priorities and delivering results under tight timelines.
  • Solid understanding of payments architecture, digital ecosystems, and technology product development lifecycles.
