Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced ITProductManager CRM (Automobile Domain) to driveproductstrategy, roadmap planning, and execution of CRM-based solutions within the automobile industry.

The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on CRM expertise (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics preferred), along with prior experience in business analysis and end-to-endproductlifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

Defineproductvision, strategy, and roadmap for CRM initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Gather and prioritizeproductrequirements by collaborating with business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams.

Own the end-to-endproductlifecycle from concept to launch and continuous improvement.

Translate business needs into clearproductrequirements, user stories, and functional specifications.

Work closely with engineering, design, QA, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery.

Monitorproductperformance, define KPIs, and drive enhancements based on data insights.

Manage cross-functional coordination across regions.

Travel internationally (40%) to support regionalproductimplementations and stakeholder engagement.

Mandatory Qualifications

B.Tech / B.E. Degree (Mandatory)

Minimum 5+ years of experience in CRM environments with strong knowledge in any one of:

Salesforce CRM

Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Zoho CRM

Minimum 35 years of experience inProductManagement (CRM or enterprise platforms preferred)

Automobile industry experience (Mandatory)

Strong understanding of CRMproductarchitecture, workflows, and integrations.
