Product Manager - Investments

Per Annum is one of India's fastest-growing alternative investment platforms, focused on non-market-linked products that help retail investors earn stable returns. We're looking for a Product Manager Investments who can own products end-to-end, from strategy to execution, and build scalable, compliant investment experiences.

You'll work closely with business, engineering, risk, compliance, marketing, and operations to ship products that investors trust and adopt long-term. This role is ideal for someone who:

• Has shipped fintech products before
• Understands retail investor behavior
• Can balance growth, UX, and regulatory constraints
  

• Own the product roadmap for investment products, including P2P lending and fractional real estate
• Translate business goals into clear PRDs, user stories, and shipped features
• Work closely with engineering, business, risk, compliance, and ops to deliver compliant, high-quality products
• Own and improve key metrics such as AUM, onboarding conversion, retention, and ticket size
• Use data, experiments, and user feedback to continuously optimize investor journeys
  

• Per Annum (App & Web): B2C platform for retail investors
• IFA Platform (Web): B2B platform for distributors and advisors
• Admin Tools: Internal systems to support operations and scale.

Must-Have

• 23+ years of Product Management experience in fintech (investments, lending, or wealth preferred)
• Hands-on experience with user communications (SMS, WhatsApp, Email)
• Strong understanding of payment gateways and transaction lifecycles
• Comfortable with API basics and working closely with engineers
• Solid UX fundamentals; experience with wireframes/prototypes (Figma or similar)
• Exposure to KYC, AML, RBI/SEBI-driven workflows

Good to Have

• Experience with investment dashboards or transaction-heavy products
• Familiarity with P2P lending or fractional real estate.
